The unique aspect of this historical church renovation and addition was having to have the church ready for service every Sunday during the construction period. To add the new roof over the addition & existing sanctuary pulpit, first we built the new roof over the existing roof then dismantled the old roof from the inside. Therefore the church sanctuary was never exposed to weather. The job also included: installation of a new force air HVAC system, renovated sanctuary with new larger pulpit with choir tiers, 4 bathrooms; (2 existing baths renovated) (1 new pastoral bath with shower stall) (1 new handicap bath), installed new baptism pool, demolition of all rooms in basement & refinished to accommodate new classrooms and office space.
