Full Second Floor Addition

This project is a complete 2nd floor addition. Project included 3 bedrooms, a large master bath with a jet tub, large shower stall, walk-in closet, and a new front porch. The chimney was extended and a 1st floor 14×12 kitchen addition was built in the rear of house. The customer had previously installed an over sized furnace and AC unit to handle the new 2nd floor HVAC.
