This is a 2 story rear room addition that expanded the existing main floor family room and provided an extra office in the basement. In the basement duct work was extended from the existing furnace trunk duct to provide HVAC for both floors. This is a typical addition where the existing living area is predominantly undisturbed by construction until the end of the job. Also approximately 4 feet was removed from the existing deck right side and then structurally connected to the new addition. The job also included 2 skylights and a vaulted ceiling in the top floor family room area.
