satisfactory in every way. Here are a few of the main points that set your business above the
rest.
1. One day after my phone call of inquiry, you kept an appointment to personally give an
estimate for finishing a basement. You also arrived on time for our
appointment.
2. On your initial visit you showed me a portfolio with proof of your VA Contractor’s license and photos of previous jobs at various stages of the work from the beginning to the completion of the project.
3. You carefully measured and took into consideration specific detailed project needs when making your estimate.
4. When you were selected to do the job you again came out personally to introduce the members of your crew who would be doing the actual work in my home. You carefully went through all the objectives of the project that the workers would have to finish.
5. You scheduled your workers to begin on the project early because it was a matter of urgency for my schedule and me with other contractors who were to carpet the room pending completion.
6. Before work began you went over a clear and concise contract and its terms and made sure we both understood what we had agreed to before the actual signing.
7. The workers who performed the job were ALWAYS on time and worked LONG hours to complete the job in the time frame stated in our contract. I wish to add that they were also clean, precise in their work, and careful not to damage anything around their work environment. They showed excellent skills in the tasks performed.
8. After work was completed you called me personally to ask if I was satisfied with the work PCS crew had done.
As a homeowner, I wish to personally thank you for making the finished basement look attractively finished.
